RETURN POLICY
At Nobelle Equestrian, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer the following return policy;
- Return Window: You may return items within 7 days of receiving you order for a full refund.
- Eligibility: to be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging and in the same condition as you received them
- Non-Refundable Items: Please note that we do NOT refund the cost of postage for returns
- Return Shipping Costs: If you are returning an item that is not faulty, you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item to us.

Faulty Items: If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will provide instructions for returning the item at no cost to you.
- Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days
